Tips for Burning Fat

Follow me on:

You may not realize this, but your body is a very efficient fat burning machine. It may seem like even looking at a piece of cake or a bag of chips causes an instant increase in your belly or thighs but, your body, under certain circumstances, actually enjoys burning fat. But, your body isn't going to cooperate unless you give it what it needs to burn fat and, unfortunately, that doesn't come from fat burning pills, foods or supplements.

If you're trying to lose weight and burn off a little more fat, there are a few things you need to do. These things may require making some changes in how you live but, it really doesn't take an entire overhaul of your life to nudge your body into the fat-burning mode. Learn more in my new article, The Facts About Burning Fat where you'll find details and specific tips. I've also created a brand new, and very tough Fat Burning Circuit Workout for intermediate/advanced exercisers that incorporate all the things you need to burn more fat.

i run every day for cross-country and well as a runner you loose so much weight you actually eat more. if you have ever seen a runner after a race they eat so much. many of my friends can not believe i am fat because i eat so much.

Come on folks- its LOSE – as in “lose weight” not LOOSE as in “loose clothing”. I see this all the time- and right here are two different emails with the same mistake. Learn to spell people!

It’s not “soak and wet” It’s soaking wet, as in being soaking wet would add a little weight to you. Yikes!
