Quick Tips - How to Stay Active and Exercise During the Holidays
What is it about the holidays that brings out both the best and worst of us? I trained two clients today - one who told me she was going to drink on Thanksgiving...a lot, so please don't weigh her until a later time and another who couldn't wait to see his family this weekend. Whether you're stressed out or pumped up about Thanksgiving, fitting some exercise in can only help matters. Not only can you manage your weight, but you can also reduce stress and bump up your energy levels.
