Run a faster 5K time– and make time for all of the most important things in life including family and friends.
My resolutions are extensions of past resolutions. I didn’t lose all the weight I wanted last year so that goal extends into this year. I want to increase my exercise plans by becoming more regular with exercise.Like last year, I ran in a 5K. This year I will also run but I intend to break my own record. Instead of running the 5K in 55 minutes, I hope to improve that by running it in 50 minutes this year.
I plan to be kinder in my thoughts and deeds. I want to make people feel safe and valued when they are with me.
After success with last year’s resolution (learn more about yoga), I am feeling optimistic!!
This year–be more mindful of the choices I make and to not react in the usual manner.
I’ve lost the weight before but put it back on with the baby. I want to get back to pre-baby condition; 18% bodyfat, my squat back to 550lbs, and back to running 5miles. Be a better wife, not so demanding, and not stress so much over the little things.
I want to get rid of the paper cluttering up my life. I want to lose 10 pounds, too.
60 good pushups on my sixty birth date
practice regular deep breathing for stress relief
to read more intellectual books, to pray more and to be more possitive towards life
Lose the 5 lbs i have gained. Pray more. be less demanding. and figure out what i want to do with my life!
My resolution is to quit smoking. Not just for a couple months, but once and for all.
Create a better me!
I have several. To learn how to drive. Get my accounting degree. To join a gym which is in the works. Never ever procrastinate.
stop giving to others so much and start giving to my self
To save more $$$
I want to continue to lose weight and be healthier. I hope to get my husband involved in fitness again, as well.
I would also like to return to school and finish out an associate degree.
to be better with my finances and get a better job!
I have been training for the L.A Marathon and my goal is to finish. And keep up the healthy life style for the future. And run more races.
Read at least TEN pages everyday, internet not included….from pages of a book.
I don’t make new year’s resolutions. This is just an easy day to get back into the healthier eating and more exercise routine. My resolution, if any, is to get one year younger this year! (by living healthier–and it can be done!)
I plan to just learn from last year for the years to come.
Speak Espaņol fluently.
Hook up with a young lady who does not speak chinese at all.
gain 20pounds weight
To read the Bible and pray daily for strength and discernment, hope and perspective.
Learn Geography! I realized recently that I had forgotten nearly everything I had learned about U.S. and world geography. I don’t want to be one of those people on the street who can’t identify China on a map! The internet has great interactive games and I am getting better every day.
