After being around several sick family members over Christmas and then several sick passengers on my flight home, I was completely unsurprised to wake up a few days ago with an elephant sitting on my chest - otherwise known as a chest cold. It's tough dealing with a cold this time of year - the holidays are over, which makes some of us crabby and depressed, and the cold air only makes you feel worse. Then there's my husband who refuses to wait on me hand and foot...what's up with that?

Catching colds or getting injured is something we all have to deal with, but it's though to know if exercise will make it better or worse. How do you know when to back off and went to push forward?
