Losing Weight After Pregnancy

What's the worst thing you can say to a woman? Actually, there are a lot of bad things you can say to a woman, but one of those things is: "When are you due?" That only applies when the woman isn't pregnant. How does that foot taste?

Dealing with a postpartum body is tough...you may still look pregnant for several weeks after giving birth and it could take up to a year for your body to fully recover. Meanwhile, Hollywood celebrities seem to look perfect just days or weeks after having their own babies which may leave you wondering what you're doing wrong.

Women recover differently from pregnancy and it's important that you keep your weight loss safe and healthy. In other words, forget what the celebs are doing and strike out on your own path. My latest article offers you tips on how to exercise to lose your baby weight.
