I’ve been doing a few exercise’s that I could remember, thanks to this artical I have more to do. The ones that cover both cadio and strength will be the biggest help.

I live in the Pacific Northwest and a *lot* of days are rainy. I find that going to the gym, indoor pool, or indoor squash court are good workouts. I’ve also been known to pop the game “dance dance revolution” into the playstation and dance for a couple hours! Or, if there are chores that I’ve been putting off, I’ll do the physical chores - laundry (in a 3 storey house), flipping the mattress, scrubbing down the bathrooms, detailed vacuuming (with the small attachment!).
