Friday September 5, 2008
A while back, I posted a blog about workout music and readers are still responding with their favorite workout songs. I thought I would post some of the most recent song choices, just in case you need more great tunes for your workouts:

Bonnie Tyler - Holding Out For A Hero
Loverboy - Turn Me Loose and/or The Kid is Hot Tonight
We Got the Beat - Go Gos
Walking on Sunshine - Katrina and the Waves
Pump - the B52s
All I Want To Do - Sheryl Crow
Born to Run - Bruce Springsteen
Maneater - Nelly Furtado
I Kissed a Girl - Katy Perry
One & Only - Timbaland
Tubthumping - Chumbawamba

You can also find a great list of Best Hip-Hop Workout Songs from our Rap Guide.

What are you listening to these days? Post your playlist in comments!

i don’t listen to songs so much as i do certain groups. i listen to a lot of ramones, sex pistols, rancid. a lot of punk. it pumps me up and keeps me going without being too aggrassive.
