If you're like a lot of us, you've been eating more than usual and, perhaps, feeling that extra food floating around, just waiting to choose which fat cell it will reside in. You may be tempted to skip a few meals to make up for it or spend a couple of hours working out, but that isn't always the best way to ease back into your routine. Taking things slow, eating regularly and giving yourself a little time to get used to a new year will help make the transition a little easier.
What will you be doing today to get back to normal? I've decided to hit Cardio Coach Volume 8, one of the tougher Cardio Coach workouts, along with an extra long stretch to help ease the post-holiday blahs. What about you? Starting the new year off with attitude! Hit the gym for 3 hours on New Years Day working back, shoulders and cardio. Taking a vacation day Jan 2 and will be back to the gym for another 3 hours focusing on arms, abs and more cardio. More work on Sunday for core, legs and cardio. My resolution is take my personal fitness to the next level in 2009.
slid right back in to my routine. Noticed improvements in both cardio and strength. I am
so back.
Tracking everything that touches my lips and ever activity I do again trying to create a habit of being accountable to myself. I did it before and thats how I lost 115 pounds. Keeping it off is harder then loosing it, if you can believe that.
Happy 2009 everyone!!!
