It's Labor Day (and a happy one to all my readers), which always brings out different types of exercisers. There are those who love holidays, using that extra time to get in an extra long workout. Then there are the holiday warriors - Those who never have time to workout, so they go all out (and sometimes overdo it) on a vacation day. Then there are the those more relaxed souls who think - It's a holiday. Why exert myself if I don't have to?

I always go to the gym on most holidays, get to use everything I want without waiting and put in a super focused effort.
Seven mile walk/run outdoors.
Workous all the time.. nice pool!
For Busy person … jogging and atleast 30 minutes exercise are best …
But having DVD for Exercise is great… But better have a sport/s …..
