Monday isn't just the Worst Day of the Week, it's also Healthy Monday, the "Day All Health Breaks Loose." If you don't know, Healthy Monday is a national movement urging us to dedicate the first day every week to health. The idea is that, what you do on Monday sets the tone for the rest of the week. Starting off healthy and strong may give you some momentum for the rest of the week. Also, some of us like to do Healthy Monday because we had an Unhealthy Saturday and Sunday.

My healthy Monday goal? To stand up as much as possible. Mondays are an office day for me and, therefore, the day where I spend entirely too much time with Butt in Chair. My goal is to use Focus Booster to remind me to get up every 30 minutes to stretch and walk around.
