Book Review - 8 Minutes in the Morning to Lean Hips and Thin Thighs

Can you really lose weight with just 8 minutes of exercise a day? Sorry, but I don't think so. While Jorge Cruise provides some decent information in his book, "8 Minutes in the Morning to Lean Hips and Thighs," I have a few problems with some of his recommendations. Read more in my book review.
