Best Websites
I get lots of emails from people asking me about my favorite websites. If you scroll through my subjects area, you'll see where I like to go. Below are the websites I visit regularly for exercise videos, gear and information:
  • Collage Video - This site sells more videos than you could imagine.
  • Video Fitness. Before you visit Collage, check out this website for an extensive database of video reviews.
  • Body Trends. If I can't find fitness equipment locally, the first place I go is Body Trends. They have an excellent selection of products, decent prices and great customer service.
  • Road Runner Sports. Whether you're a runner or not, you'll find excellent fitness gear at this website.
  • Stumptuous. Krista has the best website and covers the basics of weight training for women with style and humor.
