This is an email list like a newsgroup. Once you have subscribed to the list, you can send messages to this email, healthnfitness@www3.1-host.com, or reply to messages sent by other subscribers. Everyone who is subscribed to the list will see your message. A header is included in all messages that states how to unsubscribe from the list which is to come back to this page and use this form again. When replying to messages, please erase previous headers to keep messages clean. Please do not post articles to the list. Post links to relevant information, but not ADVERTISEMENTS. Please only post things relevant to the lists topic and not jokes and other non-relevant data. This is not a list solely for myself and other fitness professionals to answer questions. This is a list for anyone and everyone to discuss matters related to exercise, health, nutrition, fitness in general, etc. I am a member of another list, and I am pretty disgusted with it. It seems to be a forum for "experts" to argue among themselves. You can disagree in a polite manner. My policy is usually to erase someone's response and give my two cents worth. You shouldn't worry about someone else's opinion if you feel that you are right. If you feel that someone has given information that might hurt someone or is just plain ridiculous, ask them to explain or give your opinion and why you think you are right. If you are just curious about how they came up with their opinion, just ask in a nice way. Please do not post advertisements or verbal abuse.
