12 Weeks to Weight Loss
Welcome to the 12 Week Program designed to help you get started with cardio, strength training and to educate you about basic nutrition. The program provides 12 weeks worth of workouts (strength, cardio and flexibility), as well as nutrition assignments and motivational tips. Note: there are only 6 days of programming for each week (hey, we all need a rest day!). Each week, you'll receive a newsletter with links to each day's assignments. The workouts provided are ONLY suggestions! Please see your doctor before you begin any workout program and modify the workouts I've provided according to your fitness level. Feel free to replace any of my workout assignments with your own. Most of all, have fun and good luck!
