If you followed my 4 Week Jumpstart Program, you've worked on building a solid exercise habit and gleaned some knowledge about how to fit exercise into your life week by week.

This 4 Week Ramp It Up Program takes you to the next level with more challenging cardio and core workouts and the addition of simple strength training workouts that will help you build lean muscle tissue and raise your metabolism.

Like the previous program, this is a points-based program, giving you a specific number of exercise points each week and a precise way to measure your success.
