Shawn Phillips' "ABSolution" gives advice about that thing we all crave: six-pack abs. His no-nonsense approach gets rid of any illusions we may have by reminding us that 1) getting six-pack abs is VERY tough and takes lots of commitment, and 2) there are no shortcuts. The writing style is conversational and easy to follow as he outlines the basics of setting your goals and figuring out exactly how to achieve them. He covers the ins and outs of the elusive six-pack (i.e. that you need to eat right and exercise) as well as his favorite ab exercises, complete with pictures and descriptions. There's an interesting Q & A at the end covering Shawn's personal success and blank worksheets you can copy for your own use.
