Guide Review - Karen Voight's Great Weighted Workout

Karen Voight has long been a favorite of video exercisers, and her Great Weighted Workout is a particular favorite. This video includes a full body workout using light dumbbells, ankle weights and optional Green Genie Balls and focuses on muscular endurance and toning. The first part of the video targets the upper body with unique standing exercises for the chest, back, shoulders and arms. The lower body workout is done mostly on the floor and targets the thighs, hips and buns with some killer moves like leg lifts and extensions. The ab workout is classic Karen and you will definitely feel the burn. The only drawback to this video is it's length (85 minutes), although it's easy to split into two days if you need to. Karen is the consummate professional and knows exactly how to communicate the subtleties of the moves to get the most out of each exercise.
