Guide Review - Stella's Kitchen

I am the laziest cook ever and try to avoid it at all costs. Stella told me her cookbook would change my mind and she was right. What makes this cookbook great: 1) There are tons of recipes, 2) Most don't require a lot ingredients and 3) They taste good and manage to be healthy. For each type of food, Stella explains the basics of choosing and cooking them and then provides a variety of simple recipes. This is great for anyone (like me) who is scared of those strange, shiny cooking gadgets. The breakfast section is my favorite (Fresh Strawberry Crepes!) with great tips for meals on the go. Since getting Stella's Kitchen, I've cooked more often and my husband has decided I'm not a lost cause. Perfect for any time-crunched exerciser!
