PICTURE COMING SOON!Bent Over Row with Band

In split stance, place resistance band under front foot, holding handles in each hand. Slowly tip forward from the hips, keeping abs in, about 45 degrees. Bending arms, pull elbows towards the rib cage while squeezing the sides of the back (lats). Slowly lower arms back to starting position. Repeat for 1-3 sets of 12-16 repetitions, switching legs with each set. To make the exercise harder, grasp the band towards the middle to increase the resistance.

This exercise works the back and arms.
