Nutrition Focus: Bread

I know what you're thinking...did she say...bread? Yes! Today I'd like you to take some time to learn more about bread and why it's not the enemy, as long as you're careful about the kind of bread you eat. Check out the link above to remember why bread isn't all that bad.

Motivation

Last week, you spent some time remembering the benefits of exercise...at least I hope you did. Scientists are constantly research some of the other great things exercise can do for us and they've found that exercise can help with depression. Whether you experience depression or not, exercise is a natural way to regulate your moods. Just one more reason to keep doing it.
