Well, this is your last day on the 12 Week Program. How'd you do? Did you make it? Have you gotten a deeper appreciation for your body? I hope so. My goal here was to help you learn how to exercise, but I also wanted to show you that success comes in all forms. If you've managed to exercise more than you did before, that is success. If you've lost some body fat, that's a bonus!

Congratulations for making it this far...keep on moving!
