Nutrition Focus: Reading Food Labels

One of the things you have to get pretty good at if you're going to eat healthy is reading food labels. Yep...I'm afraid you're going to have to take extra time at the grocery store to find out what you're really eating. But once you get the hang of it, it becomes second nature. Take some time today to learn how to read food labels.
