Option 3: Choose your own interval activity by alternating high
intensity and low intensity exercise for 20-30 minutes.

After you cool down, take some time to stretch or do the Mat Workout.

In an ideal world, we would all eat balanced, healthy meals that contain all the vitamins and minerals our bodies need. Now, doesn't that sound lovely? The reality is that most of us don't get everything we need from food. Experts know this and that's why they recommend we take a multi-vitamin. If you aren't already taking one, now is a great time to start.

Remember yesterday when we talked about triggers? You wrote those little notes to yourself? Today, youre going to go one better. Since youre doing cardio today, I want you to tell 3 different people about your workout. Describe what youre going to do and what time youre doing it, what gym youre going to and how hard you plan on working. Sure, you might bore them to death, but youll get something out of itevery time you tell someone youre working out, youre recommitting yourself to that workout. Plus, they might just ask you about it tomorrow and you want to be able to say you did it, right?
