Today, I want you to focus on variety. I've given you some new workouts to try, but if you don't have the equipment or want to do something else, I certainly won't argue with that.
Option 1: Cardio
on the BOSU
Option 2: Boot
Camp workout
Option 3: Choose your own workout--maintain a steady
pace for 25-45 minutes. Be sure to warm up, cool down and stretch at
the end of your workout.
Strength & Flexibility Focus: Stretch
Stretch at the end of your cardio workout and make sure it feels good.
Nutrition Focus: Dessert!
I don't know about you, but I'm ready for a treat. Today, I'm spotlighting some low-fat desserts you can try at home. We all need treats sometimes to keep us going and, because these recipes are healthy, you can actually have your cake and eat it too. It's not too often we get to do that!
Motivation
If you've made it through this week and you've done as much as you can with your program, I think you deserve a reward, don't you? Rewarding yourself is an excellent way to keep you motivated, so go do something nice for yourself. Go shopping, get a massage, read a book--whatever it is, make sure it's something you truly enjoy. You deserve it!
