Option 3: Choose an activity and maintain a steady pace for 25-45 minutes. Be sure to warm up, cool down and stretch at the end of your workout.

Do your Stretching Workout after you cool down from your cardio workout.

Nutrition Focus: No Cook Meals

As a person who dislikes cooking, I love this collection of no-cook recipes from our Busy Cooks Guide. Your challenge is to find at least one recipe you like and make it in the next week. You may just find a new favorite that's quick and easy to make.
