Motivation

One of the benefits of exercise that you might not pay attention to is more restful sleep. Studies have shown that afternoon exercise can help you sleep better, as long as it's not too intense. This is especially good news for anyone who has trouble sleeping. Pay attention to how you sleep tonight and see if you notice any difference in your sleep patterns when you exercise.
