Nutrition Focus: Vegetarian Potstickers
When it comes to eating, I'm not the most exciting person. I tend to eat the same thing day after day, which makes my diet a little boring. Every now and then I find something new and yummy to add to the mix and, this week, it's potstickers. Use the recipe to make your own, or buy them frozen.
Motivation
I'm not feeling very motivated today. In fact, I'm finding it hard to think of something that'll motivate you to exercise. Which kind of proves a point I've been trying to make--namely, that some days, it just ain't there. For me, I'm lacking motivation in motivating others. For you, it might be lacking motivation to get your workout in. Either way, we're in the same boat, but I still managed to write something down here.
