FREE FITNESS TOOLS
Do you know what your target heart rate zone is? No, not the 220 minus your age thing! Can you estimate how much body fat you have without those fat tongs called calipers? Can you do crunches properly? Are you obese according to the "experts"?
I've partnered with some great companies on the web to bring you the answers to these questions and a whole lot more for free! You don't have to sign up, give me your email or even the name of your first child. Once you have read the description of each fitness tool, click on the one that interests you the most. After you go to a particular tool, you will have a drop-down menu for easy navigation in my fitness tool box. There will also be links to the Exercise Forum where you can ask your questions and another drop-down menu to read related articles on this site. Note that you must be using a Java or JavaScript-enabled browser to use most but not all of these fitness tools. Bookmark this page for future reference.
