STRETCHING AND FLEXIBILITY

Why should you stretch?  What is the big deal about being flexible?  Here are a few reasons:

  • Increased range of motion

  • Increased blood circulation

  • Increased performance (general moving, sports, possibly even sex)

  • Injury prevention

  • Reduced fatigue and soreness
