FITNESS SOFTWARE REVIEW - LIFE FORM

I recently started the induction phase of the Atkins' Diet for a critical review, and I needed some fitness software.  I wanted to be able to analyze my diet, track my progress, record measurements, etc.  I looked long and hard while reviewing different fitness software.  The one I found that fit my needs perfectly was Life Form by Fitnesoft.  One of the first things that caught my eye was a cool feature that displays an analysis of your daily eating into a food label found on food packages.

Yes, I am still alive.  This was the first day, and I didn't lower my carb intake enough.  On days where I did lower my carbs enough, I was very deficient in nutrients, etc.  I consumed almost 200 grams of fat on another day of the diet.  I also consumed over 6000 mgs of salt in one day too.  I felt lethargic, had stomach cramps and was irritable.  You will get more information on this and more when my advanced review comes out.  You can also use this tool to analyze individual foods, meals and weekly totals.

I also used this tool to track my weight, lean body mass, body fat percentage and body part measurements.  I can use graphs to chart my progress with eating, my measurements, and my exercise program.  I can also record my blood chemistry and other relevant information.

Another important thing that I loved about this software was that it came with a very detailed manual.  The one thing I didn't like was that it didn't track all the vitamins and minerals that you don't get enough of on the Atkins' Diet.  This is okay as Atkins admits this already.

If you are looking for some fitness software, definitely review Life Form some more at Fitnesoft's website.
