Guide Review
Pure Strength
Cathe's Pure Strength series is one of the first to target muscle building by using heavier weights and challenging exercises. This 3-set series include Legs & Abs, Back & Biceps, and Chest, Shoulders & Abs, providing a solid 3-day split routine.  Cathe includes classic exercises like bench presses and one-armed rows along with new moves like the seated clean and press and cross-body kickbacks.   You'll need an adjustable barbell, various weighted dumbbells and a weight bench or step for these workouts.  The music for these videos includes 70's classic rock instrumental remixes that you'll recognize (if you're old, like me).  This workout is for intermediate and advanced exercisers who've been lifting weights for at least three months.
