Guide Review
Getting Hard
Cory Everson has put together a great video targeting the muscles of the arms and shoulders.  This is a no-nonsense workout that includes a muscle-building exercise followed by a tri-set of toning moves for each muscle group.  You'll recognize many of the classics such as overhead presses and barbell bicep curls, but she also includes some interesting forearm work, which is absent from many strength training tapes.  Cory's perky personality can be annoying at times and the music doesn't have much of a beat so it's difficult to follow the reps unless you're watching the television.  The only other drawback is the speed of the exercises.  She doesn't put much rest between sets, so you may want to pause the VCR to shake things out.  Overall, this is a great workout that will have your muscles burning.
