The Firm: Strength
This video (previously titled 'Strong Body') is actually part of a 2-video cross training series: Firm Strength and Firm Cardio (a.k.a. 'Strong Heart'). Firm Strength is an intense workout using various weighted dumbbells, a barbell and a step (or box) for a full body routine.  Exercises include classics such as lunges, dips, squats and some killer pushups.  Strength training moves are alternated with brief aerobic sections done on the step, although the intensity is low and may not get your heart rate as high as you want it.  The cueing is a little off, so don't be surprised if you find yourself rewinding a few times to see what's going on. Overall, a solid and intense strength training workout.
