Q. What is the best way to get rid of my belly?
A. Unfortunately, spot training (or working a specific body part in order to reduce it) doesn't work. To lose body fat, you need to burn more calories than you take in. Your best bet is to combine cardio exercise and weight training along with a healthy diet. For more information, read my article about Flattening Your Abs.
Q. I don't have time to exercise. Is it okay to do a few minutes in the morning and a few minutes at night?
A. Yes. Some exercise is better than none, so if you must split your workouts to get exercise into your busy schedule, try to get a total of 30 minutes each day. For ideas on how to be more active, click here.
