Exercise Isn't Your Biggest Priority

You may want to lose weight or get fit, but your lifestyle doesn't reflect those goals. You may find that you plan on exercising, but it never seems to happen as other things in your life interfere. That may be because you need to:
  • Schedule your workouts in a calendar...in ink!
  • Start with a light exercise program and concentrate simply on showing up for each workout.
  • Schedule morning workouts before the day gets away from you
  • Meet with a trainer or other professional to hold you accountable
  • Workout with a friend
  • Write down all the reasons exercise is important in your life
