It's easy to get caught up in the stress of the holidays and forget what they're all about. It's also easy to forget how much our bodies do for us and how they continue to function so well even when we don't take good care of them. Take a little time this season to thank your body and then show your appreciation by doing something nice for it--take it for a walk, give it some extra sleep and feed it the healthy nutrients it craves.
