Strength Training for Busy People
In this workout, you'll be doing compound movements using a medicine ball, weights and a resistance band. This is a tough workout that will challenge your balance and core strength as you do squats with overhead sweeps, side-to-side lunges, walking lunges with overhead presses and a crazy tricep kickback while balancing on one leg. This total body strength workout includes a few unique twists such as supersets and tempo changes. Doing slow reps and pulses will really challenge your body and save you some time.
Total Body Heavy Strength
The total body workout focuses on using heavy weights to build strength, power and lean muscle tissue. The workout follows a tri-set format where you'll do three exercises, one after the other, repeating for 1 or more times depending on your fitness level, schedule and goals. Choose a heavy enough weight that you can only complete 10 reps of each exercise.
Total Body Intermediate Workout
This total body workout is perfect for intermediate exercisers who want to work all of the muscles in the body. The workout includes traditional exercises, such as squats, lunges and pushups and requires various weighted dumbbells, a ball and a step or bench.
Total Body Resistance Band Workout
This workout includes exercises for the entire body using a resistance band such as pushups, squats, lunges and more.

This challenging total body workout targets every muscle in your body, including the hips, glutes, thighs, chest, back, shoulders and arms. Each tri-set includes alternating 3 exercises for one muscle group with 3 exercises from a different muscle group (almost making this a double tri-set workout). Repeat each tri-set once for a great workout, or twice if you really want a challenge.
