You're doing great, but we still have a few things to work on. If you tend to do the same workouts over and over, whether they're working for you or not, you should spend some time educating yourself on how to change what you're doing. In order to avoid plateaus and boredom, you should be changing your workouts every 6-8 weeks. If you've been working out for a long time, you could probably get away with changing your workouts weekly. The resources below will teach you more about how to change your routine:

Attitude Adjustment

You may be frustrated because you're having trouble losing those last few pounds. Keep in mind that, the closer you are to your weight loss goal, the harder it is to lose weight. The reason is that, as you lose body fat, your body has to expend less energy to move your body. The more fat you lose, the longer it takes to lose weight. Sounds unfair, doesn't it? All isn't lost, though. There are ways to try to lose those last few pounds or simply accept where you are and be happy. Here are some resources to help you out:
