I saw an ad for them and thought "what the heck!" so I bought a pair.
My Review
I like them! I've been an avid walker for quite a while & I find that these shoes make my core AND my legs work harder (no matter WHAT the "experts" say). I break into a sweat sooner and the muscles in my legs actually tingle long after my walk is over. Since I started using them every day for my 1/2 hr lunch time walk, I've dropped 15 lbs in 2 months and my legs are noticeably more toned & firmer (just ask my husband!)
