I bought a pair not believing they would help tone my legs or butt and still don't think they do. I bought them because they are the most comfortable shoes I have ever walked in. I have a lot of problems with my feet, knees and hips and, no matter what shoe I ever had by the end of the day, my feet were sore. I just got back from a week of non stop walking around Disney World and my feet, knees, and hips were never sore. I also noticed that my legs do not tire when I am standing on a hard surface working in one spot. Love them!!
