My Review
I just called Reebok Returns because one of my EasyTone shoes went flat. This is what their customer service answer to my problem is. I can take them back to the store I bought them at,(I do not live in that city, I was on vacation) OR I can get all these numbers and information they give me on the phone and mail the shoes back to them. In 4-6 weeks they will decide if the problem was normal wear, or a factory problem. At that time, I may or may not get another pair of shoes.
4-6 weeks!! Are you kidding me? I have to pay for return shipping to a WORLD WIDE BILLION DOLLAR company. OUTRAGEOUS.
