I have bought other footwear that says you will see a big difference. But these sneakers made a BIG DIFFERENCE in toning my legs. You can feel the muscles in your legs every time you walk. Makes you want to walk even more than before. I LOVE THEM, I will buy a few more pair. THANKS REBOOK!!! Finally a product that lives up to what to really they say
