My Review
I wear them a lot and through every workout and they are comfortable and they definitely work your legs and give you more of a workout. I'd say probably 30% more then normal shoes would! You gotta eat healthy, walk a lot and drink 8-10 glasses of water a day and wear them and you will be fit and look great!!!
