This is an underwire, seamed sports bra in specific bra sizes. Many sports bras use a range of size which, to me, seems like an imperfect way of getting the right support. Most women are in the wrong size bra (usually women buy a bra too small in the cup and too loose in the band) and this bra compensates for that by providing an oversized cup and a very structured band.
The only "downside" I've found when fitting women to this sports bra (I'm a bra fitter so I do this all the time!) is some people are alarmed by the shape and seaming. This is not a compression bra, it is not going to flatten your chest or create a smooth uniboob. Instead it will contain each breast entirely and hold them still.
I highly recommend this bra for nearly any size, especially as it has a very reasonable price for a long lasting bra. However, you should absolutely get professionally sized by a good fitter before buying anything as that is the best way to be comfortable and get what you really want out of your sports bra!
