My Review

I've been a huge fan of EA Sports Active - I loved the first game because it was the only one that actually challenged me (I'm a long-time exerciser). I've tried all three of them - EA Sports Active, More Workouts and EA Sports Active 2 and my favorite is More Workouts.

I love the activities - Rafting, water skiing, stump jumping, sprints, follow the leader, obstacle courses, etc. You're working, but you don't pay attention to the fact that you're exercising. The strength exercises never did much for me, especially with the lame resistance band included, so I always did my strength workouts separately and just used the game for cardio or as an add-on to other workouts.

Truly, these are the only games I've tried that even come close to an actual workout.

Would you recommend this to a friend?

Yes

Paige Waehner, Exercise Guide, says:

By the way - the new EA Sports Active 2 does allow you to use weights instead of a resistance band.
