My Review 

Hands down any of the Sennheiser ear-canal headphone models. You will not be disappointed.

I had the same problem, but I use an older pair of Sennheiser ear bud headphones with Earjams attached to them. Since then, Sennheiser has improved their line and now have Ear-canal pads attached so they don't fall out.

The best Sound quality I have found so far nice mid-range and Bass tones, no tinny high-pitched sound like you get on most Ear bud style headphones.
