The Weight Loss or Exercise Fad I Tried
Before I lost my 140 pounds over 20 years ago, I did every FAD SCAM AND DIET. I did injections, had my jaws wired, liquid protein, you name it I did it out of sheer desperation. Today, I work in the weight loss/fitness field and teach how to lose weight but more importantly that EXERCISE is mandatory to any weight loss program.
I created SHAPELYGIRL FITNESS to help other women do the same.
What Happened After I Tried It
I was hospitalized 2 times for trying crazy diets. Today, I am a fit/healthy size 12 and I have been this size for over 20 years. I exercise 5 days a week, eat most of my diet, whole foods and good nutrition. When I eat a little to much I cut back the following day. I never give up and the journey has been so great.
What I'd Do Differently
- Nothing, everything is great and I am fit and healthy
