The Weight Loss or Exercise Fad I Tried 

It is a Fad that I made up. No cheese and no fried foods of any kind. It REALLY did work though - Honestly. In addition to regular exercise, I stopped eating anything with cheese in it and zero fried foods. I lost weight AND felt better!

Also, another time I did the Atkins Diet VERY religiously.

What Happened After I Tried It 

I lost weight and kept it off for months. Then when I went back to pigging out - eating everything, I gained it back.

On Atkins I dropped almost 50lbs in about 6 months. Kept it off for about 6 months. When I went off of it and back to old eating habits I gained back 40 of the 50 in about 6 months.

What I'd Do Differently 

  • Try to exercise regularly
  • Eat more reasonably
  • Reduce stress
