The Weight Loss or Exercise Fad I Tried
When I was around 10 and really fat my mom made me try this "rice diet" that was supposed to work really fast and easy, me and my dad tried it for about 3 days and then dropped it.
What Happened After I Tried It
The idea was you can eat as much rice as you want to-- but only rice! and the rice was really nasty, no side vegetables, no seasoning, no nothing just plain white rice, and I remember it as if it was yesterday-- really nasty.
What I'd Do Differently
- Now after a ton of research I am much better educated about how the body works, I am 16 and managed to loose about 20 pounds and gain some 5 of muscle--- really surprising for me as well!
