I was trying to get a date, but I was too fat, so I started trying to lose weight.
How I lost weight
I started eating more salads and walking in my town and after 1 week I lost 20 pounds from walking for 1 hour each day and when I walked I listened to music and swimming if I could go to the lake and that's how I lost weight
Tips and Tricks
- Do not eat at night (10 to morning you can't eat) limit how much you eat by making less and try using smaller plates
